Every time you see just smile at her and let her pass through. She will soon start to reciprocate. The frequency in which you meet her at the same time and place is building an unconscious connection you are not aware of. She is finding you more and more comfortable. Then one in a weeks time, stop her and simply ask her "are you spanish?". She will most likely give you a long answer and if it's just a short one ask them "where they are from?" And continue talking. Because they've seen you so often they now think you are safe, so you don't have to worry about freaking them out.

If you see her a lot, just start saying "Hey, how are you?" when you see her. She'll probably say "Good, you?" You say something like "Glad I'm heading out and you're heading in" with a smile on your face. She'll laugh. Next time, say something else, have a more extended conversation, whatever. Build up from there.
