Ok so say, you have been talking to a girl you had met at a party you want to ask her out, I was just wondering when is the best time to ask her out? I have met a few girls at a few parties, but I just don't know when to ask them out, like I look for IOI's, I just don't know when I should ask them out? I am sure there have also been numerous occasions where the girl has been interested in me but I am to much of a chicken and don't want to act on it, because I am afraid of rejection.
