She isn't interested in you in the least. What you are reading as "mixed signals" is your own interest projecting onto this girl but is more that this girl does not want to blow up the workplace by rejecting you outright.

The simple reality is that you have gotten 4, 5, 6 or more outright indicators of disinterest but are ignoring them and looking for and holding on to some tiny sliver of IOI which may or not actually be there.

Next play....move on.
