I am a frequent scroller and have been following the sub since 2020. I have been in and out of relationships, but the common denominator of my relationships started because the girls were asking me out. I just got out of a relationship, and this time, I want to take rejection on the chin; I have never actually approached women. They usually come with me (yes, they tend to be not the prettiest ones). How should I start? The last time I tried to approach a woman, I got scared and physically ran. Any advice and roasting will help.
