I know this topic has been talked frequently on here and people have rightfully commented on how important eye contact is when talking to girls and creating attraction.

Why is it important... 1. It exudes confidence 2. It's sexy to women and builds intimacy without using words 3. You can read alot from a women's glance and eye movement (men too) 4. It keeps you less distracted by focusing on her eyes

  1. It exudes confidence, strong eye contact is a subtle power move by men. It shows you're not afraid to look away and that you're a strong man. Go and test it, go out and public and don't break eye contact with girls until they do first. You'll see how much better women are with eye contact because some will hold their glaze a long time, borderline creepy sometimes lol but typically the reason is women are so used to men looking away quickly as to not look like a creep which is why women will hold their gaze really long. Well don't look away, make sure she breaks first (then when she breaks make sure to break because if you continue staring thwm you look like a stalker).

  2. In a conversation I typically only break eye contact when she breaks first. THIS MAKES GIRLS WET. trust me they love a guy gazing in their eyes and they find it really confident and sexy. The longer the gaze the better, it either means she's really confident as Well or really into you, 2 good things. (Make sure to mix in breaks however don't just continue to stare, again that's creepy) but overall you should be maintaining strong eye contact. Btw I will caveat by saying some women are really shy and will constantly look away or down, that isn't bad either so don't think it's a bad sign. In fact it could be a really good sign because she's so shy bacause of your confidence.

  1. This is so so important, good eye contact keeps you focused. So not only is it really good for things I mentioned above it's great for keeping you less distracted. How many times have you gone up to a really cute girl and then been completely distracted by her beauty that you fumbled your words and got all nervous. You walk up to a girl and you see her eyes, then you're like damn her breasts look amazing, omg but look at her waist holy sexy, and those gorgeous lips and wavy hair aaaaahhhhhh.

Eye contact keeps you focused DON'T check her out, do that later, keep the eye on the prize and that's building attraction thru strong eye contact.

Eye contact is learned not a gift for most. So practice practice practice, you may suck at first but you'll start to see good results if you keep at it.
