Talk to people without expectation. If there is no expectation then nothing “needs” to happen and nothing “should” happen. When we have expectations like “I’m trying to get her to like me” or “I’m trying to get her number” or whatever the expectation is then we begin to put pressure on ourselves.
No expectations = no problems
