Sup guys in today's video we are talking about EGO, why it's BAD and how to BREAK IT.

Long story short, your ego is generally what prevents you from effectively getting out of your comfort zone and improving social skills (and getting more girls).

It's the idea that the more you open yourself to hurting your ego, the more potential you will have.

The hardest part is that ego often tries to protect itself and will justify and rationalize everything to make sure you're convinced that it is necessary, while actually it is the very thing that keeps you away from the next level.
