Bro everyone gets rejected at lest once in their life... Trust me it won't be the first or last time it happens. Just let it roll off your back and move on to the next.

You can learn by reading books on seduction, and by practicing in person. You need to be interested in who they are as a person, tease them, flirt with them, joke around, etc…
Sadly im not a fan of th females world..so my arguments are really limited
