I was hired a year ago at a job and came into the job with a GF. Long story short I met a girl at this job and have had the biggest crush with her since i first got hired. Flirt all the time but playful and respectful from both sides because we both knew I was in a relationship. In the last month I have broken up with my GF. My work friend quickly found out and we commenced texting and it turned to late phone calls.

Our christmas party was two days ago where we both planned it. Before we met up I was clear to her that I wanted to get to know her better. She seemed upset and she opened up that she has been talking to a guy from before I showed up and that she has a lot to think about. Later that day was my work christmas party. Where we both drank a little and things got heated quickly, holding hands, grabbing of the waist and kisses on her cheek and neck. I took her home and she could not make eye contact with me cause she didnt want to kiss. She said im making her think too much and she was super shy.

Unfortunately we did not kiss. Question is, How do i win her over if she doesnt fully open up to me and puts up these walls? should i even go after her since shes already talk to someone?
