Look at the countless days you've wasted so far. Day after day you said tomorrow. Each goal you have set – failed. You never had time to focus on your ideas and goals. And at the end of each of these days, if you would ask yourself - what have I done today, you'd be ashamed to answer.
You see, for one that wastes every minute he has, there is no meaning to time. 24 or 100 hours a day – none will be enough for him. Because the same way he wastes 24 hours, he will waste 100. He who can't manage one hour of his time – won't be able to manage 10.
For a wise man – any amount of time, is enough. He focuses on what is under his control, and therefore wastes no time on what cannot be changed. But most importantly – he understands that there is always enough time, because majority of worthwhile and important things can be achieved at this very moment. Not today, nor tomorrow – but right now.
Who stops you from behaving bravely and correctly – at this very moment? Talking with respect and doing the right thing – right now? Don't you understand all this can be done, right now, at this very second? And so, a wise man can never claim he did not have enough time.
The problem is you always keep putting things off. "Tomorrow I will improve" and "Tomorrow I will start applying the principles I choose". Aren't you tired of fooling yourself? You tell yourself you want to improve and successed, yet keep thwarting your own attempts by wasting time.
Many times you find yourself worrying and getting angry about situations in your life. Yes, it's not easy and you indeed, face some real challenges. But come on, what are you going to achieve by getting angry, crying or complaining about it? Don't you understand that you are only wasting time? If you would focus on what is under your control, and stop worrying about everything else, no time will be wasted.
