My stbx and I are currently fully separated with papers filed and a conference scheduled and she's at all another residence and haven't even really talked since May. The only two things we share at this point are the phone bill and the car and renters insurance. It's currently linked to my bank account and it's her car, my car, and the apartment we lived in. It seems really high so IDK if she added anything but to log in and check without calling, I'd have to get the code from her. If I call, I'd rather just separate and have my own account. I had a few consultation with a lawyer a couple months back and he suggested keeping everything like it is. Should I listen and keep paying and just get it all back once it's all over? How long did you wait until things like this were separated?
