Walking into my apartment building, a solid ten feet in front of me was a women who's appearance could be described as a bit "ghetto". She had a baby on one arm and a gigantic purse on the other. She held the door and waited for me. I had groceries in my hands. The question is, did somebody raise her to be simply kind and courteous or do you think that wallet seeking mode was fully engaged?

Edit: thanks for all the responses. As I have said repeatedly, I too believe she was being polite. I was merely curious what the responses would be. Glad to see positivity still remains!
