Not new to going my own way, but new to the community. I have heard the term MGTOW Monk and considering I have never had sex (I was a dork in my teens and couldn't get any, then as an adult I have just had zero interest, and the idea of it with the current society is nearly a turn-off) I think I'll just stick to that. Women don't disgust me visually, I love seeing a sexy woman, I just have no interest in them, not gay or anything either.
But I am curious however, how common this is? A lot of people I have seen wouldn't mind having a woman, they just know the danger and (wisely imo) choose not to. I honestly have zero interest.

Proud MGTOW virgin since I was 18.
If I didn't get branded by false accusations, I'd still be blue pill, and graduating from college next year debt free in the STEM field. I'm currently an unemployed, uneducated, and undesirable 20 year old man living a bitter life because of a woman and two of her male friends. I don't blame the woman, I blame the system that values a woman's statement over a man's.
Monk mode? I handwash my clothes. Eat one/two meal a day (alternate) and run 6-10 miles once a week. Nearly a vegetarian cause this culture lacks meat in their diet. I work. I reddit. I wash my clothes. Rinse and Repeat. Literally all I do.
Edit: Should also mention I live alone temporarily due to circumstances. Mark my word, if you don't have the urge for a significant other, that's a good thing. Work for food and shelter is what I mean, I'm technically unemployed.

How do you survive without a job? No disrespect. Just trying to get financially independent.

How did you transition to one to two meals a day and what do those meals consist of? I've been wanting to transition to OMAD for a very long time. Do you have any good advice?

I used to look like a jacked, but small bodybuilder (I'm somewhat short), and worked out like 2-4 hours a day. For that reason, I ate a lot, easily 3-4k in calories. My jobs were also very physical (think blue collar). These days, I do light calisthenics, and thus burn only 2000-2500 calories. I eat roughly 1,000 calories during lunch at work as my meal, and a piece of bread at night (IDK 150 calories). I also drink a juice (200-300 calories), so I eat 1500, one day. On the second day, I eat a dinner instead of bread (~750 calories). I'm not some bodybuilder anymore, but I still look decent. Meal 1. Lots of rice. A handful of vegetables. A small bit of meat (think 25-50g). Meal two (fried rice). On Sunday, I treat myself with two drinks (maybe some sweet tea). I live in a one point five world city (not first world, but definitely not third world with lots of skinny migrants, so I blend in quite well).
Trick is, drink lots of water. Food naturally has water, so people forget that no food = thirst which tricks the brain to think it’s hungrier than it really is (from experience as a wrestler). It’s easier for me because I live in a hot place, so I drink easily three liters of water plus the one or two drinks I have. If you’re over 160 lbs and want to keep muscle, I’d suggest eating two meals with a tad more protein.
