Except the lead up to this paragraph was an account of dude on dude stealthing, where’s the gender-based?

That proclamation in my mind cast aspersions on the “study” the article cited from the Columbia Journal of Gender and Law (notice “Law” is second to “Gender”, one can only reasonably infer where their priorities lie). And scanning through the 28 pages, the author cited two telephone conversations and one email exchange with three “victims”, this after a call on social media for women to come forward about stealthing. So we’re not told at what rate does this happen, how many are affected, and if it is increasing or not. Some study.

At best these are anecdotal accounts, at worst this is part of a concerted effort to redefine rape. But don’t take my word for it, quoted from the “study”:

Given contemporary momentum to treat consent rather than force as the distinguishing factor between sex and rape, an updated, expansive vision of gender violence might consider nonconsensual condom removal a form of rape.

It happened to me three times that a condom burst. At that time I thought they (the condoms) were either of poor quality or that I was not careful enough to avoid contact with my fingernails. Now, I believe those cunts have manipulated the condoms.
