Why is solitude looked down upon in society? Since we were a child, we have been taught that you should make more friends and should not be alone. As an introvert it really upsets me that we are always required to have company. I do have a few good friends but sometimes I totally crave for some alone time. The whole concept of "mixing" with other people doesn't make sense to me. Many people I have met at my workplace either gossip or talk some bullshit about their coworkers and bosses. Honestly, I don't give a damn about them. I am only talking to them to keep myself updated on the happenings at my workplace. Thanks for reading. Needed to get this off my mind.
Sorry for the bad english.
