Would a non-transitioned woman with gender dysphoria be the only true NAWALT?

Assuming the claim that transgenders have the brain of the opposite sex is true, do you think this would work? I think it would essentially be like marrying a woman with a much lower possiblity of (sometimes hidden till marriage) bullshit.

NOTE:The hypothetical person I am talking about would have a natural female body with a male brain, and would have no desire of attempting a transition.
