It's not just white men. My friends of other ethnicities get blocked for "minority" females of other races. White men are just an easy scapegoat and keeps those other men from asking questions.

I know, this could be viewed as a victory for feminism or whatever, but when one looks at the previous generations represented on that chart, it’s clear our society is engaging in a new experiment for how it should run.

This, gentle reader, is a dangerous experiment. Societies which have a great number of unemployed, unemployable males with no prospects, no hope for a future are particularly vulnerable to upheaval by a sub-population which has nothing to lose.

Fiddling with Feminism is not going to make the correction. Men are going to make the correction.

I thought to myself the other day in our current world you can have a passionate young man with a desire to make an impact at the next place he works. he may study hard in school to prep , he may research the company intently to get an idea of how he can fit in and contribute, he could honestly and truly want the opportunity to be a cog in the success of the business.

Despite all the work , energy , and time he's put into focusing on gaining and being useful in a company there are quite simply hiring managers and offices that will overlook him no matter how passionate and committed he is all because they choose to hire a woman instead.

I'm not saying the woman can't also be dedicated and devoted as the guy and in some cases even moreso but to assume that every position a man wants would be superior if performed b a woman is pure distilled idiocy and men like the young guy in my example are going to be overlooked and have their time and commitment ignored for no other reason then the fact that they are men .

If undervaluing women for being women is wrong then how is doing the same for men not just right but encouraged ? Sad state of affairs.

It took me 3 years to land a contract job in automation. I just landed it last month. I get $20 an hour. Yea I know its probably less than I should be making, but hell I need experience and its a chance to get on my feet. I'm 24 now and I have to deal with my student loans too.

The point is employers are also not honest about what they want in an employee and I don't think they really want to hire males. Hear me out. There were two other girls in our class of 5 that graduated. The were worse programmers than everyone. I even helped them with most of their homework. Whats the point? They got a job with 3 months of graduating and well before anyone else.

For the record, I am a black man. Further proof that social justice throws us under the bus at any chance they get. Any black man that supports bull like this is a damn fool and deserves the screwing he will get.
