I love my mom the world over, but I can't live with her. Moved out the day I turned 18. Once she got over that initial "youngest child moving out" stage, she began to really respect me as an adult. Nowadays that years have passed we've grown closer. I call her out on the bullshit she does all the time, and she doesn't like it, but she is starting to listen to me at least once in awhile

I loved my mother and am grateful for her raising me, however, it was important for me to distance myself from her in order to truly go my own way. I have not talked to her in over ten years. Woman do awful awful things. Hard to believe that my own mother was a part of such a horrible and vile sex, but the truth does not lie. It was hard at first, but I believe I have found true enlightenment. Like all other men here going their own way, I am gay. Being gay and being with men is true enlightenment.
