This is such an outstanding content. I might actually have it printed as a poster and hang it on the wall above my desk. It seems I keep worrying what will happen in a week, month, year, but I am wasting the present days as they go by unproductively. I needed this. Thank you. Edit: Do you have it in high resolution?

I just printed this and taped it to my bedroom wall above my laptop screen. I am stressed and almost obsessed with a living arrangement / problem that MIGHT occur but has not yet. I am allowing it to interfere with my enjoyment of good things NOW. Thank you for posting this. It is exactly the advice I need. Thanks brother.
