What's your motivation for nofap? I stopped watching porn because it was very detrimental for me (giant time sink), but I still wank every 5 days or so. Better than being horny all the time.

No fap is the best thing you can do for your body’s health and mental clarity but you need to get rid of the bad habits around sex and fantasy and how you see women in public.

Cleanse these other areas including perversive thoughts and NoFap will give you a divine spark of energy and life essence unmatched by anything else.

Continue watching porn, or fantasising sexually, or looking at women in public in terms of sex and no fap will be a struggle
