MGTOW is a commitment to yourself and doesn't preclude being with a woman, for some. Though I doubt I'll ever walk that path again - it's not worth it.

The nice thing about MGTOW's emphasis on yourself is you're just making yourself better. It doesn't preclude other choices down the road.

You don't have to jump right into it, you don't even have to take the label. Spend some time single, no chasing woman, and see how things go. Start doing that project you always wanted to start. Go back to an old hobby you used to have but haven't had the time for in ages. Start learning something new, there's probably one thing you've been thinking about trying but there's been no time. Reach out to an old friend you haven't seen in a while. Or just drink beer and play video games. It will be your time, do what you want with it.

MGTOW is against marriage sure, but it’s also you as a man being in control of your own life and not having it in the hands of another woman. I’ve heard some people mention going monk mode, but at the end of the day, it’s your life, and you should live it as you see fit.
