Too much porn is almost certainly bad, and IMO no porn is a good ideal; but meh no big deal either way so long as you don't over-indulge.

There aren't rules, but I think it would have been very hard for me to continue to have sex with girls while implementing the principles into my life. So easy to fall back into old habits. I'd suggest REALLY focusing on yourself and learn to live without pussy affecting every decision you make. Once you learn that you can live without it, you will be able to have sex with whomever you want and you'll do it on your own terms, never sacrificing your future.

Enjoying oneself is good in moderation. It's hard to recommend watching porn since 99.9% of it is awful. You need a computer with more than one monitor so you can look away from the dullest unedited action. The problem is the presence of healthy sexuality (no fake smiles, the couple is authentically happy with what is going on, the woman is your type and looks great from all angles) in one out of a thousand videos is enough to keep a person interested and looking for more.

I'd advise stopping masturbation and noticing how long it takes for strong desires to return. Porn becomes unnecessary at that point. Brain cells have fully rebuilt supplies of orgasmic neurochemical keys to be released all at once and find the locks in other brain cells. Masturbation for its own sake can be viewed in a positive light as a satisfying gift imbuing men with independence from women. It has health benefits too.
