Stay off IG man, nothing good can come from that, especially looking at people from work on it. I deleted most of my Social networking accounts as I did not find anything useful coming from them and in fact realized that a stupid comment on the wrong post could get me in trouble so I just stopped using them.

You're gonna get your ass metoo'd before you know it. Don't ever contact a female coworker outside the office. Don't even interact with them in the office unless its directly related to business work. Avoidence is the only way to hopefully not get metoo'd.

Just respond like an NPC would: "Can I assist you with something business related?" or "Sorry I am unable to help with your request as it is not part of my employment duties".

One of less obvious benefits of being a mgtow is that you're not as depended on your job when you don't have a family to feed and huge house mortgage to pay. You can live minimally and save, and if you get canned for stupid bullshit like this, hey fuck them. Take few months off, travel, relax, find another job and move to another place. No pressure!
