Kate Bowman getting credit as the mastermind behind the black hole picture from the mainstream media even though she not only didn’t come up with the idea she didn’t even do much of the work. It fits into the whole “girl power” narrative so the mainstream media ran with it. She tried to back-paddle and say it wasn’t her but the mainstream media took that as “not only did she accomplish this but she is also humble”. Saw it on the news🤣. I feel bad for Andrew Chael as he did 90% of the work but hey he isn’t female and they can’t use hashtag #GirlsInStem with him. Or Mareki Honma who literally came up with the algorithm.

Not blaming her as all she did was post a picture saying how proud she was but how typical of the mainstream media who just ran with it. All over the internet some people are showing this yet the media isn’t having it. It’s like they just WANT it to be her just like they just wanted Elizabeth Holmes to be the next big creator so without even researching her they turned her scamming ass into a celebrity.

Some other reddit people have commented on Kate Bowman and most are getting called “men with fragile egos hating that women are finally getting credit”. It’s like you can’t even mention it might not be true without being accused of sexism no matter what the facts show.

Seems like this is the new thing now. I mean they are literally trying to shape what history will be in PLAIN SIGHT!
