So i’m 21, got my high school sweetheart pregnant, baby is 15 months now. We got married cuz i thought it was the thing to do, eh. She’s certainly a woman. So at the beginning we sold her car for $2000 to help us find a place to live. Of course eventually that money went to shit and is all gone but now i have a good steady job again and i’m saving up money (hiding it from her). point is i’m interested in going my own way. just for an easier life where i don’t get berated and controlled. so i mean should i try to get all my finances in order first? i’m sure she would have something to say about the car we sold she thinks i owe her. and how the fuck do you get divorced anyway? do i HAVE to pay a lawyer, we been married a little over a year in texas.
