That is why we need to change the laws and have any person that falsely accuses another person, if convicted to get sentenced to the same jail time the original person would have gotten.

That will stop this shit from ever happening.

PS - He should also be able to sue her in civil court and have a judgement on her so she will have to work years to pay him back or go to jail for that as well. (sound familiar?)

One of my friends that happened to ex-husband up in Michigan. He married a single mom with two daughters after I'd say ten or so years he decided he had enough for her BS and told her he was leaving.

She ran to the police and said that he beat her and molested the daughters for years. Said she'd drop the charges and say it was all a mistake if he would reconsider divorcing her.

He's in jail now. After being convicted the mom and two teenage girls were seen laughing their asses off as they left the court room. The Asst District Attorney KNEW the mom and the girls were lying, yet went forward with the case because she has future political aspirations and needed another notch on her belt as they say.

Mom and the two girls from what I understand were run out of town. No man in that town would go near them after they ruined this mans life. It was so bad I heard later that at the high school no teacher, guidance counselor or principle would be alone with either of the girls.
