Won't work. There will always be atleast one narcissistic power hungry asshole that is somehow allowed to control everything, and it's also usually the guy with the most money. Sometimes us men do it to ourselves.....

Utopian communities have never worked before. What makes you think a MGTOW one would work? Although monasteries, say under 300 men could work. Submarines are even smaller, and make it work, but that is military service, with filtered men and an established chain of command.

I don't think MGTOW alone could maintain cohesiveness. Too many men going in very different directions, you'd need some bigger motivation. Sports teams, small military units, small companies, and monastic orders are all policing themselves while pulling in the same direction. The only things MGTOW believe are AWALT and don't cohabitate. That's not enough. It doesn't have a unifying purpose, religion, political party, etc. There's no body of elders to rule, or agents to maintain order.

It's been proposed before but the same issues hold. MGTOW is an individualistic life philosophy. You can't really build a community based on individual independence. And there's the practical issues about most MGTOW just wanting to ghost - a dedicated town for it would be a big ol' bullseye for any MGTOW detractor groups. Added to that, banning women from settling there wouldn't work either since that would be illegal in most western countries. Unless you use a religion loophole and declare that community a monestary or somesuch.

Bottom line, it's more hassle then it is worth, at least in my opinion. I'd not be interested. But if you are serious about it, investigate abandoned rural villages.

Not easy. You could start a church, and the members could have to pledge mgtow principles to reside at the church. That way you could get around housing discrimination laws. If men owned their houses individually, it would quickly be broken up by family law and housing laws.

They made a small town in florida just for catholics so its atleast possible in theory. I had originally envisioned some colony kinda like a hermit enclave that never got too big and didnt need a set of fail safes to prevent power struggles.

Dude, women aren't that evil. It all depends on the family and home they grew up in. Good women exist, it's not all bad. These good women are usually off the market fast and don't get divorced either.
