In most states yes. In mine if you try to get out of it they will double your rate and no i am not joking. I have read thousands of hours worth of case law every case a man tried to get out of paying CS for a kid that was not his he lost and got a huge rate increase in CS. There was a case where the guy had to pay the biological father when mom lost custody.

Never believe the lie that the court system just relies on facts this is a long term plan. It cannot b stopped they have to destroy men to power women. In my divorce case i can promise you presenting facts to the judge just made her angry. There is no such thing as hiring an attorney typically they work against you.
