No one should be forced to style their hair for hours daily so it looks 'nice' to some blonde bitch in HR.
No one should be forced to put seriously toxic chemical slurry into their hair which fucks it up, causes baldness and chemical burns to the scalp.

This is true. I'm a black guy and know what it's like. It's even worse in africa. After colonization people have been taught to hate their natural hair so bad that if you don't have a straightened or cut hair you're not gonna get any job. Worse if you have dreadlocks they'll say you're a bandit and a smoker etc... You have to be black to understand.
