I am homeless with a certificate of homelessness, on medical and food stamps with zero income and assets. What are ways to get child support down to zero indefinitely? Any advice is welcome. I am also trying to get a doctor here in San Diego to say I can no longer work whether it is mental or physical health! Thank you guys in advance. The mother is doing everything to prevent me from seeing my kid as well.
