This is what I wish people got when they say women were opressed. They were opressed because when you give them power, they use is it to punish and the ruin lives of other people.
As women have gotten more powerful in society, we've had more and more single mothers when every stat in the world shows just how bad single motherhood is for society as a whole.
But nobody wants to confront this fact because we have to protect women at all cost even if it means the destruction if our society.

Great points.
If you look at Cancel Culture in the United States, for example, it is being driven primarily by women. Women have been given the power to demonetize, deplatform, punish and ruin lives. They only need to speak up to destroy someone, regardless of the facts.
Also your point on single mothers is very true, I was looking at data about single mothers and anyone looking at this data understands single motherhood is a net negative for society.

Cancel culture is their new weapon. It appears to have come about shortly after pound me too fizzled out. The unchecked power it gave them over men was just too addictive to let go. But once they spent their limited ordinance, they went into withdrawals. Enter cancel culture. With the added benefit of canceling women they considered traitors to their cause.

"It appears to have come about shortly after pound me too fizzled out."
Isn't it strange how Pound Me Too fizzled out?
Some time ago it was making headlines daily. And now? Where are the Pound Me Too advocates? Why are they so quiet. Did they lose funding? Political support? Did something happen?
Well, sexual allegations of Tara Reade against Joe Biden happened... Suddenly we couldn't have stuff like "Believe All the Women All the Time" anymore...

Fuck them, we need to protect ourselves and each other from the feminazi and their terror and all the slander and libelous rhetoric they spread in order to hurt and destroy men. E.g. their terrorist "Me Too" movement which has been totally weaponized by radical communists who use it to character-assassinate those men who are more successful than them and destroy the corporate America and to replace the men in the positions of power both in the world of politics and in the corporate world.
Their main end-goal is the total decimation and destruction of America and the establishment of a communist state and turning America in one big gulag akin to North Korea or the Soviet Union run by communist terrorists and other radicalized fascists.

Any individual woman STUPID enough to believe that the MEN who invented nearly every useful and good thing in this world, and BUILT all of the stuff they all take for granted, hourly, were evil and hurtful and blah-blah-blah, is too stupid to be given sperm, attention, or anything worthwhile. Even dogs are smarter than women. If you feed a dog, they're fiercely loyal to you. But not women. You can elevate their living conditions from pure "cavewoman" status to "modern, spoiled queen" and there's no way it will "be enough". Idiots.

Basically society needs balance. We canβt be complete backwards and take away all rights from women. In fact, a societies quality of life is dictated by how the society treats women. However, society also falls into ruin when too much rights are given to women. That is, when women are given specific positions of power. Look at any history book. Babylonians, Greek, Mesopotamia - advanced civilisation that were far ahead of its time. they had given women some rights, and protected them. However fell into ruin when given too much rights.

Women suffer from unequal marriages when dominated by male. What we know now is women are smart enough to make their own decisions. They definitely deserve to be free and enjoy life.
Now we have the kids problem. Yes, kids get fucked by single parenthood. Do kids deserve to be fucked from the get go? I personally think they don't, but society decided ok, fuck kids, women are more valuable because they may make more kids in case of war or oversees flu outbreak. On the other hand, kids who survive getting fucked by single mothers may grow up stronger and, I hope, contribute something new to human civilization.

Evolutionarily speaking, if matriarchal societies were better for societal survivor, we would have them around the world. But we don't.
Feminist anthropologists always point to some obscure forest tribes where women rule. I have not seen them invent quantum computers, though. But we shall wait.
As feminist anthropologists say, who gets to decide that quantum physics is more useful and correct than tribal "magick"?

Not to get off subject, but I use the same argument with economics. Some believe that if businesses were modeled so everyone, from the janitor to the ceo, had equal stakes and wages in the company, it would run more efficiently.
My response is always, if that were true, we would see businesses with that model. But we don't. I believe capitalism works well because it mimics evolution.
[β]six-twosix2 points3 points4 points 5 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
I agree completely. It also mimics that part of evolution in which the successful ones prevent others (even the next gen) from being successful.
It's good in it's beginnings but human greed eventually ruins it. That said, it's better than anything we've tried so far.

Thanks for this.
Let me point at lengthy research from the beginning of the 20th century in which exactly this has been concluded after investigating dozens and dozens of lost civilizations.
From Sex and Culture by J.D. Unwin.
The first primary law: The cultural condition of any society in any geographical environment is conditioned by its past and present methods of regulating the relations between the sexes. The second primary law: No society can display productive social energy unless a new generation inherits a social system under which sexual opportunity is reduced to a minimum. If such a system be preserved, a richer and yet richer tradition will be created, refined by human entropy. The First secondary law: Any society in which complete pre-nuptial sexual freedom (outside the exogamic regulations and prohibited degrees) has been permitted for at least three generations will be in the zoistic cultural condition. It will also be at a dead level of conception if previously it has not been in a higher cultural condition. The second secondary law: If in any human society such regulations are adopted as compel an irregular or occasional continence, the cultural condition of that society will become manistic. If the compulsory continence be slight, the post-funeral rites will partake of the nature of tendance. If it be great, they will partake also of the nature of cult.

My take away from this is that broadly speaking Unwin defines a society as being able to use their produced energy to either fuck themselves brainless or conquer other societies. They can't do both. And when the former takes over society is doomed to fail.
But he concludes with a wholesome message
In the future, it seems, a human society may continue its fortuitous career, and reflect, both in' its cultural behaviour and in its structure, the amount of energy it chances to possess; but, if any society should desire to control its cultural destiny, it may do so by decreasing or increasing the amount of its energy. Such decrease or increase will appear in the third generation after the sexual opportunity has been extended or reduced. A lesser energy is easily secured, for the force of life seems to flow backwards, and the members of the society will not be slow to take advantage of any relaxation in the regulations. If, on the other hand, a vigorous society wishes to display its productive energy for a long time, and even for ever, it must recreate itself, I think, first, by placing the sexes on a level of complete legal equality, and then by altering its economic and social organization in such a way as to render it both possible and tolerable for sexual opportunity to remain at a minimum for an extended period, and even for ever. In such a case the face of the society would be set in the Direction of the Cultural Process; its inherited tradition would be continually enriched; it would achieve a higher culture than has yet been attained; by the action of human entropy its tradition would be augmented and refined in a manner which surpasses our present understanding.

Look at the focus on complete legal equality. Obviously at the time of writing there were big differences (legally) between men and women. Nowadays we still see a lot of work to be done in that area.
The process can be reversed, but that is no small feat.

That's... a rly interesting observation, actually. But you're on to something.
Some rock bands (remember rock bands?) described a similar phenomenon. The more groupies they fucked, the more their concerts sucked. The more they kept it in their pants, the more their concerts improved.
Henry Rollins has distilled this down almost to a religion.
MGTOW's also inadvertently offer corroborating testimony. The full-monk guys build some pretty incredible business enterprises... and, coincidentally or not, they eschew women entirely.

I went to an all boys catholic high school and I was a poor kid so I had to work several hundred hours a year to pay off financial aid. I often worked in the priests housing and looking back, they had it pretty good. Many of them were high caliber chefs, the food was amazing. They drink a lot, read a lot, bullshit a lot and have hobbies. Most of them led very interesting lives before joining the priesthood. The two that I got to know the best were crazy. One had involvement in organized crime into his late 30βs and the other served 8 years for cocaine trafficking in the 80βs. They seemed perfectly happy without women as they had plenty of them in their early life.

To be fair, most monasteries aren't meant to be 100% cut off from the outside world. Many of them create products (jams and jellies, for example) to be sold to the public to fund all or most of their monastic activities. They're meant to be self-contained but not necessarily 100% self-sufficient. They're monasteries, not compounds.

Evolution enabled women to become mothers and caretakers. It did not reward anything except men as leaders.
The result is that women see power as an end, not a means. Women covet "positions of power" because they see the strength in that but, in their simplistic understanding, they don't connect that with humility or responsibility.

There were nations in the past that allowed women to have the same level of freedom as men. They were conquered after a short time or their freedom was taken away by a powerful male before it was too late. Some of those nations, enjoyed a period of time of being powerful but it did not last. So just because a nation is powerful and woke, doesn't mean that power is going to last long.
This is true of any nation that isn't currently around as well including hegemonies, woke or not. Correlation vs causation and all that.
Additionally, saying the same level of freedom of men here doesn't match the originally contested verbage above of never being allowed freedom or power which is patently false.
I do believe that a rise of women in politics and what they care about will be the main contributor to socializing western nations to a point of failure but that's a separate conversation.

Only ruled because her male counterpart was 10 years younger, literally a boy and I'm not sure she didn't murder him because he would have supplanted her.
queen Victoria
Honestly don't know enough about her to say.
there have been female leaders.
Sure...usually because the political sphere at the time precluded male leadership for one reason or another...but I'll tell you want, I'll never work for a female in my professional setting again.
It's the "feminist" argument that women didn't ever had freedom or power. I strongly recommend not to use it.
I think the argument is more when they have it, they are stupid and careless with it and use it to hurt others, not help.
[β]fuckoffplsthankyou2 points3 points4 points 5 years ago (3 children) | Copy Link
Itβs perfectly fair to work for whoever you see fit, its YOW.
For sure.
However, twisting historical facts to make a ridiculous affirmation in order to say a thing thatβs false doesnβt strengthen us at all.
Where did I do that? You cant say i twisted historical facts and not tell me what facts you think I've distorted and how. Cleopatra did kill her younger brother, who she was married to, in order to retain political power, because he was set to marry her younger half-sister who was a full sister to him where Cleo was a half-sister and she would have been pushed out. That's not a distortion and if it is, tell me how because I am going on memory but I have read on this subject.
EDIT: And Cleo spend the rest of her life seeking and trying to tie herself to a strong male, first Caeser and then Mark Antony. She even tried to hook up with Octavious, before he was Augustus, and he wasn't having it.
Not every man leadership was great, nor every female was lousy (we can try Angela Merkel if you want to insist on the game).
Ok, what's so great about Angela Merkel? I would, as a man, rather follow a man than a woman, any day of any year of any century.
When you go your own way, you became your own leader.
No doubt. However, larger groups always have leaders and I, personally, would rather follow a man than a woman. Women, IMO, do not make good leaders. They make bad decisions and when they do, they never own up to them so they never learn and grow.
[β]fuckoffplsthankyou2 points3 points4 points 5 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link
Merkel have been leading Germany for prosperous 15 years, not a small achievement by any stretch of the imagination.
I'm aware but I'm not aware of any specific examples of her leadership, could you provide some? I can't be aware of every nuance of every nation's political moves although I do try to keep up.
I didnβt mean to say that you were twisting facts, but OP was by saying that βno culture ever gave leadership to a womanβ. Thatβs false. Sorry if I didnβt say it clear, I appreciate the debate.
No worries, my point was that although Cleo was a popular leader in many ways, the culture of her time did not give her the leadership per se, she was the older and more ruthless sibling, to be fair, she didn't really have a choice but it (the culture) was definitely male dominated.
Also, I think we can agree that there have been terrible male and female leaders through history. Itβs true, larger groups need leaders. However, i think this sub has to do with what you can make by yourself, despite the eventual leadership you fall under.
Absolutely, one must always steer one's own ship, no matter who commands the fleet you are part of at the time.

If theory of patriarchy is correct it means that whymyn could not built, design, engineer, invent almost anything in 200 000 years of homo sapiens because they either could not due to child-bearing, lack of education, and/or were prohibited by men (by force or law).
It means everything we see and have was created exclusively by men.

The image is actually incorrect in which no culture allowed women to have freedom or power. There were many cultures that allowed this, albeit to an extent.
That said, I'm afraid this is getting too close to sexism and misleading men from the true issue. No, women will not destroy society if not kept in check, why? Because they never built it to begin with. Society will only crumble the second men become pussyfied and thus give women power they will obviously misuse. Remember, the majority of those who have been passing laws that strip men of their resources and freedoms are other men.
