I spoke previously how my ex wife had got a warrant against me for false charges, as of yesterday there is a jury trial set. They wanted me to plead guilty to harassment, and a $500 fine despite me showing she threatened to kill me etc. They also claimed I violated a no existence no contact order by dropping presents for my children on Christmas And offered to drop that violation if I plead guilty. I chose trial which is in six months. Anyone done this? The prosecutor and my own lawyer seemed pissed I chose trial, I may dump the lawyer and get a new one
