It's an old principle now, often decried but as certain as "taxes and death", for success with women and in life, generally speaking:

1) Be attractive

2) Don't be unattractive.

Not a 100% thing, but it sure helps an awful lot.

I do see that happen commonly but it's an authority/relations thing

If you're frindly person people do help you and ignore regulations

Hate you they will hit you under the belt. It's ussally when you meat an asshole or you're the asshole or just not frindly who's pain in the ass

It's not been attractive or not (ok that work too) but it's been social/frindly person or not

You can be fat ugly but fun

People bending rules because they like you but breaking rules because they don't.

That's not what the video you linked described though? Maybe you've just gotten the wording wrong when typing things up?

And yes, it happes all the time in business contexts and politics
