Your topic has piqued my interest and from the small amount of research I've done it would seem that the killing of children is done approximately equally by men and women. Having said that, infanticide in Canada is done exclusively by women by definition.

We just don't know how many living and born infants Gosnell killed. We just know that a nurse finally took a picture of one, and someone did something about it.

In the end it's nasty and gruesome. We just need more happy and alive babies.

women almost exclusively have munchausen by proxy. the question is how prevalent is it.
