The enthusiasm bit is especially galling. In a healthy sexual relationship, compromise is involved. You do some things your partner loves and you don't, and they repay you in kind. If I'm not crazy about cunnilingus, but perform it anyway as foreplay, I haven't been raped...I simply took the good with the bad in sex. It boggles the mind that people seem to believe perfect sex where neither party has even a moment of less than total enthusiasm for every component is actually a thing.
