This is pretty significant, as this is the first time that a university itself has challenged this policy in court.

It is a shame that institutions have not joined in. They are going to be the ones that are going to have to cough up a lot of money when innocents are prosecuted in these kangaroo courts. Nobody at the federal level is going to be liable for this.
