Obama appoints butch lesbian, feminist, with no judicial experience, Elana Kagan to supreme court

Ok. I did some research to figure out who this woman is. What I found is quite scary (and very disappointing if you are an Obama supporter) :

According to wikipedia http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Elena_Kagan she has limited judicial experience aside from having been appointed Solicitor General by Obama less than a year ago (probably to give her at least some judicial experience before nominating her to the Supreme Court)
"At her confirmation hearing, Kagan also drew criticism for arguing that battlefield law, including indefinite detention without a trial, could apply outside of traditional battlefields" - so she supports the Bush doctrine of lest's jail first, ask questions later (or never)
Her bio is in the "American Feminist" category on Wikipedia
She appears to be an under-cover lesbian, but tries to keep it out of the media spot-light (obviously, it would hurt her appointment chances). CBS reported that she was indeed a lesbian, but after pressure from the White House, it took the article down http://www.mediaite.com/online/white-house-complains-about-cbs-news-blog-that-outs-potential-justice-nominee/
She appears to be the sex-negative type of feminist, as indicated by her anti-pornography stance (a lot of info about her previous positions can be found here http://www.scotusblog.com/2010/05/9750-words-on-elena-kagan/ )

To sum-up she appears to take the worst from the left and the right: from the left, she takes feminism and from the right the expansion of executive power and government interference in private life (i.e. anti-porn). It looks like we'll soon have a totalitarian-inclined feminist sitting on the supreme Court :(

Edit: Some wonder why I bother mentioning that she is a "butch lesbian". I don't personally care what her lifestyle choices are, but the butch lesbian type has been frequently associated with radical feminist man-haters. Given that she has been very good at keeping a low profile, and little is known about her opinions on social matters, I am concerned that she may turn into a raging man-hater after her nomination is secure. Hopefully, we will learn more about her in the coming days..
