Feminism ceased to be a movement in the 1970s when it achieved all of its goals: equal rights and equal opportunities for women. Since then it's been scrambling to try and justify its continued existence in the face of irrelevance. To that end feminism has become a broad, feelings-based ideology without any specific goals objectives. The idea is that feminism will claim to be needed for as long as any woman feels unhappy with any aspect of her life for any reason, i.e. forever. The claims that "feminism helps men too" and "feminism is just about equality" are part of that desperate propaganda effort.

In contrast, the MRM is a focussed, fact-based movement pursuing one specific goal: equal legal rights and responsibilities for men & women. We have the facts to support our arguments, so we don't need feminism-style propaganda. In particular, we can point to specific areas where men have fewer legal rights than women and we can demonstrate that there are zero areas where women have fewer legal rights than men. So we don't need the feminism-style sophistry of pretending that "the MRM is for everyone", or any such nonsense.

MRA is for men to have equal rights with women.We don't pretend like feminists(they pretend they fight for men too, like eradicating toxic masculinity) that MRA fight for women.We want the same rights like them.So it is pointless to pretend we help women have more rights.Let's not fault our logic just to increase the flock.

MRA activism might benefit women indirectly but that doesn't mean actively fight for them.

I dont think OP has grasped the concept that we have gone past the point of egalitarianism joint effort. Feminism has pushed the boundary too far. This "we are for mens rights too" bullshit only applies as long as we men think as they want us to, behave as they want us to, and basically subjugate us. Every action has an equal and opposite reaction. That reaction is coming and its gaining traction.

While feminism is an ideology, MRA is a descriptor. What do you call someone who advocates for men's rights? A men's rights advocate. It doesn't proclude anyone from being, at the same time, a WRA. And many of us are. Some feminists are WRA, not all WRA are feminists.

This isn't the label of a unified group, though, just a descriptor applied to several people.

So, what you are sayi g is kind of pointless. We are MRA because we discuss men's rights. When we discuss women's rights, we are WRA, and we do it in spaces dedicated to that.

Basically, you are coming on a space dedicated to microelectronics and say "many people are also interested in informatics, you should do both, you are too dedicated to microelectronics". No. This is a space dedicated to one thing, no reason to try to dedicate it to other things also.
