For those not aware of the story, Judge Rancilio gave custody of a 2-year-old to the mother, who then died in her care. The father, understandably outraged, publicly criticized the judge for her decision and blamed her for his child's death. She retaliated by jailing him under a bullshit charge.

This is a blatant example of abuse of power, and this woman should be prevented from ever being a judge again, if not completely disbarred.
