This has always been on my mind but now someone did research to prove it. Women just shout equality for genders when they have something to get out of it but when it comes to divorce, the kids and money suddenly they are poor little housewives who cannot support themselves and need the male to pay child support.

Just one of the countless problems in our legal system.

When my parents got divorced, my mom, sisters and I moved out and my dad kept his house and paid child support. We still saw him often so I guess I'm in the minority as far as "the husband loses" cases goes.

However, I have hear a lot about sheisty cunts taking everything over some petty domestic arguments. Like this one guy's wife divorced him after an argument about why he wouldn't buy her a car so she took the kids and everything. He doesn't even get to see them because she moved out of state.

That is actually the interesting line in the article. As happy as I might be to say "I told you so", the repercussions of debt splitting instead of a money "surplus" could certainly be a game changing thing.

More evidence that Marriage 2.0 is a feminist scam designed specifically to steal man's money and future income. Whoever is naive enough today to buy the marriage scam (as well as feminist BS on "equality") deserves whatever the family court throw at him at the D-day.

I don't know about where you live but in North America, regardless of gender, the noncustodial parent will be forced to pay child support. In matters of support judges primarily do what is fiscally in the best interests of the child. Vague stereotypes of all women being money grubbing leaches don't help anyone
