There's a joke here somewhere.. but I'm not man enough to figure it out myself.
At no point in time did you question the voices on the radio telling you to cut off a significant part of your body? No. You just went right along with it like the cockless idiot you are.

If you're a man struggling mentally:

The world is filled with very fucked-up antihuman monsters. They will enjoy your pain. They will thrive in your hurt, and joke about how pathetic and worthless you look. The weaker you are, the worse you will look to them, and the more they will scorn and hate you.

If you have at any moment reacted in a way that wasn't faultless, they will pinpoint that with laser precision and highlight it as the absolute key takeaway.

If you seek help - then yes, there is help formalistically speaking, there's just very, very little and you have to be extremely precise in being able to access it, and on top of that very lucky to get any benefit from it worth your time and money.
