Did u know that JLNMCH , BHAGALPUR , a medical college and a tertiary care centre in BIHAR. INDIA, Does not put duty for the female doctors in night for the past 5 years...due to mishap that happened then....thats. Nearly half a decade ago..?! .and only the male interns , post graduates and senior residents are managing night duty..for the past 5 years...!!!..AND. nobody. Is willing to speak up against it..because no one wants to look bad..!!
