The dude gets stabbed and is labeled abusive, but we aren't told how - it just says that she filed a protection from abuse order against him, and then later made up with him. And then she stabbed him after he admits to an affair.

How in the fuck is the court not at all concerned that this emotionally unstable violent psychopath is raising children? IMHO it's not a pussy pass if there is any validity to the guy having a history of abuse. That being said some seriously bad judgement IMHO to "ignore" a protection order and bring that kind of disturbance home which supposedly has children?
