I think there’s a difference between picking a fight and being willing to fight about something.

My husband is extremely particular. To the point that he does most things around the house himself, because I stopped trying to meet his impossible standards. If he wants to have a go about how I don’t help with cleaning the kitchen anymore, then I’ll take the bait because he knows the reason I don’t is because I refuse to tolerate his constant supervision and correction to ensure I’m doing things “right.”

To me, that’s not picking a fight. If I’m willing to engage in an argument then I’m doing it to defend my own actions and not for just for attention. We don’t engage in type of behavior very often, but I’m not one to believe happy relationships never have disagreement.

What I envision based on this video, is some chick who picks a fight with her boyfriend because he hasn’t texted her in two days. That’s just not a reality in my marriage, so not really applicable the rare disagreements we do have.
