Just giving an update on how the sub has changed over the past year and some notes on the future

Since the massive ban and mute purge months ago it looks like most of the comments on posts appear to be constructive or actual debate and discussion. Still purging stragglers or trolls as they trickle in from out of the woodworks but must say the purge has gone exactly as expected and has resulted in more quality threads and comments. Not to mention the increase in people being comfortable posting again.

As of now about 3-4 Endorsed Contributors are posting as well as several point flaired users and a lot of of newer and guy and some older posters. Steady rebuilding of quality posts and a lot of newer posters that are always under possibility of consideration for point flairs.

Posting standards are always subject to tweakage, always open to well-reasoned critiques of some posting standards (unless it's asking for this place to become AskTRP, then the answer is no).

Continuing to work on more. The off-site is also going to be having a new user interface update soon to make the pages easier to navigate

P.S.

I would encourage any longtime guys, lurkers, etc who have never written a post before or who have a good understanding of RP and a lot of success in the field to give post writing a chance. This place will always benefit from a good field report, a lesson about women learned the hard way, knowledge on how to succeed, challenges overcome etc.

I would strongly encourage first-time writers to give it a shot, it isn't as daunting as it might seem to be a poster on here and I enforce rule 5 (no insults) pretty hard
