I've seen something like this posted by RSD Tyler on FB a while ago. It was one of those images that really made my mind "click".
The amazing thing about a comfort zone is that you can also be comfortable being awesome. Most of the time, we're comfortable being lazy and pathetic, but if you practice a certain behaviour enough times, it becomes your new comfort zone. It becomes second nature.
I used to struggle with meeting girls growing up. Well, I eventually made an effort to talk and meet with them early on. Ever since I got into University, it's become my comfort zone to chat girls up on day ONE of the new semester and build up an abundance early on. It's great and requires very little thought or motivation -- I just do it.
(but sometimes, you do need external help to burst out of this comfort bubble. If I wasn't stoned as fuck the day I saw my gym, I don't think I would have joined it. I would have cowered along and kept walking. But since I was high and thinking differently, I was like: "What if...just what if I went through that front door and signed up? Would be kinda funny to see me interacting while baked. heheh" and I just walked in and I've been going to the gym since then. Consistently)

I get like that. Start walking on a sunny when you get high, make this a habit and your social anxiety will get much less and it won't be so bad. Do this and I promise you it will help. At least a mile.

I totally feel you and I've been that EXACT guy. I've been blazing for years though and this past year, I decided to grow up. I knew that my badtrips stemmed from inner anxiety, so I taught my brain how to stop giving a fuck. I'd do the craziest shit ever when I was baked -- I'd hop on public transit and start singing my ass off with the music in my ears, I'd masturbate in public, I'd fuck around with strangers -- all this just to break out of my anxiety. And it worked and I now consistently get the most beautiful, enlightening trips. It was all scary at first, but I just needed to take that first step, that first reference experience.
You can't talk yourself out of your irrational anxiety because your brain is looking for actual proof. I've given my brain plenty of proof that everything is alright by masturbating and being a complete idiot, and my ego's no longer in the way. I think the best thing you can do is your own crazy shit -- so much that you'll have no choice but to not give a fuck.
Toke on, brah.

All we need is to get that ball rolling... Once it's gone, everything else is just a breeze. We just happened to find little cheat codes to get it rolling, haha.

Too true. If I get stuck in the same comfortable routine for too long, I start to get bored and depressed. I take that as a signal that it's time to do something that makes me nervous that I know would be good for me to do.

When you are developing yourself, you must get out of your comfort zone. That's where the real gains are made. This is just as true for fitness as it is with seduction or education. If something is easy then you're not working hard enough for the gains you desire.

Now remember betas go out of their comfort zone and stand in the corner of where the magic happens. You need to expand your comfort zone and make the magic happen inside it.
