Summary of Red Pill theory:

Men and women are different with opposing sexual strategies.
Women's sexual strategy is AF/BB and they will Shit Test, manipulate society, deny reality, and convince all the men that white is black and a slut is a fine LTR prospect unless you are just afraid of "empowered" women in pursuit of their thoroughly deceptive strategy.
Women are hypergamous which means they seek to "marry up." In practice this means they fuck the "top" 5-10% of men while completely ignoring the other 90% of men and crying where are all the good men. This is why every society in world history before ours carefully controlled female sexuality.
The "Top" men that women want to fuck are not what they have told us (what they do, not what they say). The "top" men are indifferent to them, unaffected by their charms, aloof, and often outright assholes to them. Women eat up this treatment like chick crap and the quickest way to get laid is to go full on asshole, I don't give a fuck, loud, obnoxious, and dickish. This 'mimmicks' the behavior of the apex Alpha male and turns even the most hard-core feminist's panties into a misty jungle.
Men have been defeated in the sexual market place and by a feminist society.
Game helps to even the odds.
Women in LTR's or marriages are still women.
Lift weights and get in shape.

It is extremely difficult to summarize TRP because there are many different facets to it, which require a lot of back knowledge about human psychology. Anyone could list out bullet points, but they would be misconstrued or simply impossible for someone to understand without the back knowledge. If you've ever browsed the ELI5 subreddit, a lot of the responses (especially the questions relating to science) require a big explanation to get the full story.
