This video is the most red pill video I've ever come across. After swallowing the pill about 7 months ago, I saw examples of red pill behavior in real life but there were always things where I thought the guy still has something to offer that I don't so I hope this video helps you guys out. The girl in said video is 19 and a nursing major and she's dating a guy of color. In my opinion, the guy is slightly above average at best maybe a 6 but the girl looks like an 8. This guy literally gives no fucks. He even says it himself and the girl literally tells you what she likes about her man. She says it's because he's confident and gives ZERO fucks. This goes back to our concept of maintaining frame, not putting the girl on a pedestal, and not being afraid to disagree with your girl. You can see some of his behavior in this video, he doesn't want to share his drink, doesn't want her to eat all the food, doesn't spoil his girl...Most betas would do all they could to keep this girl happy and cater to her needs but SHE caters to HIS needs.

Lessons learned: Everything that's been said before. Maintain frame, give zero fucks, don't be afraid to disagree with the girl, make her work for you. YOU ARE THE CATCH.
