I am a big reader of WWII history and remember the stories of my Grandfather who fought Rommel in North Africa and chased the Germans all the way up Italy. I remember my Uncles talking about the brutal shitshow called Vietnam. Every time I felt like a weak pussy growing up or thought something was too hard or challenging, I would think of the sacrifices made by those 17-21 year old kids and be inspired to stop making excuses and just fucking do it.

If you know someone who is serving or has served their country, thank them today. A lot of good men died for the freedoms we enjoy today.
