So we have a student newspaper, it's pretty low brow, but it knows what it is and I think it's quite entertaining. They do a sex survey at the end of every year and publish the results in a cheeky pull-out. Initially I was hoping to do a post with several statistics, but after reading the thing, it seems that most of them are department/faculty statistics (Chemistry students have tiny dicks and Aero students are freaks) rather than anything more general regarding gender, so there's only one. There was of course the whole "Oh and girls like gangbangs and bondage, weird rite!?", but we all already know that and it's fairly obvious why.

Cheaters (of unspecified gender/sexuality) who got found out, were most likely to have been found out in one of the four following ways: Confessing (39%), somebody told them (9%), they found out on social media (4%) or caught in the act (5%). Which is least likely to result in a break up? Order them.

In order from most likely (to retain relationship) to least likely: Somebody told them (62.5% retention), they found out on social media (57.14%), confessed (49.23%), caught in the act (0%).

Somebody else told them => You are the subject of rumour and discussion => High value

Found out on social media => Similar to above, but also makes you look a bit stupid => Less high value

Confession => Apologetic/validation seeking => Beta.

Caught in the act => Girls have to save face and don't want to appear pathetic => Dumps you

PS - For men the ordering is the same, for different reasons relating to "distance" from the act. The further away/less likely the cheating seems, the more likely they are to keep the girl (I don't need to say why this is always a mistake).
